2. Late Payment
Payment should be made within 3 days of invoice generation. Late payment may result in appropriate action by the accounts team.

5. Disputed Charges

Failure to dispute within this time frame will result in the acceptance of the invoice as accurate.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the goods at our warehouse, if applicable.
Refunds will only be issued for products returned in their original condition.

7. Payment Default
In the event of a payment default, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate services until payment is received.
Seek legal action to recover any unpaid amounts.

We dispatch the orders through First Flight Couriers, DTDC, Professional, India Post Speed Post or Palande Couriers. To get the ordered product in time, kindly ensure that your PIN code is serviced by respective shipping companies (kindly check their respective websites).
